Mike Casey
Chief Executive Officer
Mike Casey, CEO and founder of Casey Investment Group, has been active in residential and commercial real estate investing for the past 15 years. After graduating from Mount Saint Joseph High School in 2006, Mike began his real estate career buying and renovating distressed residential properties in the Baltimore area. Inspired by three generations of realtors, Mike established Casey Investment Group in 2012 and built a successful small family business renovating homes and rental properties.
In the past three years, Mike has become heavily involved in commercial real estate, particularly in the self storage industry, owning and operating storage facilities in Maryland, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Currently residing in Locust Point in downtown Baltimore, Mike continues to work closely with his family members out of their office in Linthicum Heights, Maryland.

Founded by CEO Mike Casey, Casey Investment Group began buying and renovating distressed residential properties in and around Baltimore City in 2012. Over the past 10 years, we have expanded our business beyond flipping houses to include short and long term residential rentals, commercial, and industrial properties. Most recently, we have begun purchasing self storage facilities and storage lots in Maryland, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
Unlike much of the competition, Casey Investment Group offers our clients and investors an intimate experience where you will interact directly with our family’s team from initial contact to closing. We take pride in all of our investments, including our investment in our clients.
